Problems at work? Have your say on Acas guidance and policy on Discipline and Grievance
Dealing with conflict at work is often an important and difficult issue for small and growing businesses. The guidance that Acas (the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) provide can be an invaluable source of information. However Acas is now looking for the views of businesses on the challenges that they face in managing staff problems. They have asked leading academic expert, Dr Richard Saundry of Plymouth University, to conduct a series of focus groups aimed at helping Acas to develop and improve the advice and guidance they provide to organisations. Therefore, this represents a great opportunity for business to have their say on this vital area of policy. Looking for Business Mentors
We are a group of students from the Plymouth University who are planning for an expedition to the Baffin Island in 2016 and we hope to use this experience to gain employability skills to enrich our CVs for graduate employment. And one of the things we are thinking of doing to enrich the experience is to change the expedition into some sort of an entity, like a charity, non profit or company. And so we would like to ask does anyone can discuss or give us some advice?
